The 4th floor of the Memorial Tower is a music-related facility on all floors. There are 2 music rooms, 5 private rooms for practice, 2 light music studios and a musical instrument store. The instrument store holds over 100 stringed instruments (violin, cello, viola, contrabass, guitar), 30 keyboards, 8 kotos, 3 sansens, and 6 sets of handbells.
