Treatise Course by Alumni Instructor

A thesis course for high school students who are working on their own “jichou-Jikou” treatise has started from this year. The instructor was Ms. Asako Ishizawa, a 23rd graduate (graduated in 2008).
This treatise has been continuously carried out since the opening of the school. By writing it, students will be able to deeply understand the meaning of “self-thinking, self-awareness” which is the educational philosophy of our school. The theme of the treatise can be anything that students really interested in, and it can be written in any language including other than Japanese such as English. Some students select creative activities such as novels and composition. In the past, there are quite a few graduates who have continued their research on the same theme at universities and graduate schools, and have gone on to become researchers.
