| We had an explanatory meeting for the applicants who want to study at National Defense Academy of Japan or National Defencse Medical Academy. S2 and S3 students watched the information movie and had time to ask questions. |
|
| S tudents have started to take the term-end examination. Junior high students and high school students taught what they had studied to each other. |
|
| We invited Ms. Habu Makiko as a conductor and the Ueno Forest ensemble to have a anual memorial concert. J2 students and S2 students listened to the music played by them. |
|
| We had an information session on foreign universities. About 200 students and parents came to get information on foreign universities from our graduates. |
|
| A mini concert was held by the chorus club. They perfomed at the light court in lunch break, and in the auditorium after school. |
|
| A lecture on the things about smart phones and the internet for parents was held, About 30 parents came to the computer room and listened to the lecture. |
|
| We had a SGH lecture for S2 students. Mr.Miki,the director of the Yokohama quarantine station, came to our school and talked about their job. |
|
| We had the election for the high school student council. Students watched speeches of candidates through a TV in their class and voted. |
Kabuki appreciation
|
| S1 students went to the National theater of Japan to see Kabuki. |
|
| The students stood in front of the school to do manner instruction. They talked to the students who were walking with using their smart phones. |
|
| Mr. Kabuta who is the professor of National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies came to our school to give lecture on the food. |
Sports Day
|
|
| We had Sports Day. The first day was for ball games and the second day was for the athletic event on the field. The winner was red this year. |
|
| We had mid term test. It was the first test in this school for new students. The roses in front of the auditorium has been in full bloom. |
|
| On Thursday, the general meeting of student counil was held. |
|
| Teachers stood on the school routes and the stations to check how our students come to school. |
|
| Information session on the result of the entrance exam of universities was held. It was for JH parents. A lot of parents came to join it. |
|
| J3 Explanatory meeting for NZ was held on Saturday at auditorium. For S1 students talked about their experience in NZ. |
|
| This year, 80 students (from J1 to S2) took the chamber music course. Students will choose music instruments and take 17 lessons. |
|
| Opening ceremony for the second foreign language course was held. After the ceremony, students from J3 to S2 moved to the classroom and took the lesson. |
|
| J2 students went to kamakura as a one day school trip. It was the third experience for the J2 students. It was fine and we had no big trouble. |
|
| J3 students discussed on what they would do in the cultural festival in LHR. They talked about how they couldelight the guests. |
|
| For J1 and J2 students, an inaugural meeting for the one day school trip to Noda and Kamakura was held. |
|
| The explanatry meeting for how to write the paper for S1 students was held. |
|
| Students have started the practice for rope jumping competition in the sports day. |
|
| Career guidance lecture for parents was held at the auditorium. Many parents of high school students came to hear the lecture. |
|
|
| Many clubs showed their performance as welcoming performance for the new students. Each club is very attractive, so the new students can't decide which club to join easily. |
|
| After school, we had a disaster drill. Because of the rain in the morning, the evacuation place was changed, but students did very well. |
|
| Welcoming party was held for the new students. A lot of club activities were introduced nicely. |
|
| After school the chamber music club and the chorus club held a welcoming concert together at the auditorium. |
|
| Mini Welcoming concert was held at the junior high hall as usual. |
|
| Entrance Ceremony was held in the auditorium. We had 297 new junior high school students and ７１ new high school students. It was raining in the morning, but after the ceremony we could see the sun. So we took pictures under the cherry blossom. |
|
| Opening ceremony was held in the gym. Mr. Tamura told the students that because they realized his dream, keeping the dream in mind was very important. |
